Straight from the Nilgiri Hills, this is raw, unheated wild honey collected by tribal hunters from Apis dorsata (Giant Rock Bee) hives in tall forest trees and cliffside rocks. Multi-floral, mineral-rich, and deeply flavourful — this is what real honey tastes like. No heating. No sugar. No compromise.

Deep in the evergreen forests of the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve, Giant Rock Bees (Apis dorsata) build massive hanging hives on tall trees and rocky cliffs — some 150 feet above ground. Our tribal partners, whose ancestors have been honey hunters for generations, climb these heights with skill and reverence to bring you one of India’s finest wild honeys.

This is not farm honey. Not apiary honey. Not processed honey. It is wild honey — gathered the way it has been for centuries.

Because Giant Rock Bees gather nectar from dozens of flowering plants across the Nilgiri forest — eucalyptus, coffee blossom, cardamom, wild herbs, and seasonal wildflowers — no two batches taste exactly alike. You may notice it shifts from golden amber to deep brown depending on the season. That variation is not a flaw. That is the forest speaking.

Once collected, the honey is never heated and never filtered. It reaches your jar exactly as it left the hive — rich with enzymes, bee pollen, propolis, and antioxidants that are destroyed by commercial processing.

Every batch is lab-tested and FSSAI certified. Every jar comes with a 100% money-back guarantee.

Taste Profile: Bold, complex, earthy-sweet with deep forest notes. Slightly thick. Can vary batch to batch — a sign of pure, wild origin.

Colour: Deep amber to dark brown (varies by season and floral source).

Best for: Daily immunity, natural sweetener, cough relief, skin application, and gifting.
